Amnesty for human rights crimes

The USA has joined Argentina and Chili as nations that give amnesty to criminals in the government who commit human rights abuses. Those are not nations I want to be compared with. We give blanket amnesty to people who break the laws of morals, the laws of America and international law.
It must be time for the far right to start talking about Fidel again.
