Americans are the least satisfied with our healthcare system.
The Dutch are the most satisfied.
On the other hand they only included first world nations. If they included third world nations, I am sure we wouldn't be last. Hey, we are better than some third world nations. That means the Grover Norquist wing of the GOP still has some work to to do lower our standards even more.
