Death of the other dictator

In December the other dictator,Gen. Augusto Pinochet, died and escaped punishment.
He was the one who was so beloved by the far right in America.
Destroy a nation-doesn't matter
Destroy democracy-doesn't matter
Mass murder of civilians-doesn't matter
destroy human rights and civil liberties-doesn't matter.
All that mattered to our extremeists is that he was a far righter.

They called it the Chilean miracle. Well, lets look at this miracle from the time the democraticly elected leader, Salvador Allende was murdered to when Pinochet was finally driven from office.
Unemployment went from 4.3% to 22%
Real wages fell 40%
The poverty rate went from 20% to 40%.
Unfortunately when viewing a countries wealth, the haves are the only ones who are counted, the have-nots count for nothing.
Too many people in this nation actually called it a good thing. And it just so happens they are the ones who are the haves and not the have-nots.
