This is about the IL-06(district 6 in Illinois). This is a race between Tammy Duckworth and Peter Roskam.
This comes under the (how low can the GOP go) department.
Peter claims that Ms Duckworth is one of those liberal, terrorist lovers, who wants to cut-and-run from Iraq. Ms Duckworth can't run from anything since she is in a wheelchair. It seems that while Mr Roskam was cutting and running from serving his country, Ms Duckworth lost both of her legs while serving her country in Iraq.
